# Authorization & Headers

For every API request you make, you must authenticate with the API by passing your API key in the headers.

For best results when it comes to responses, you must pass "Accept" as "application/json." This will ensure you're receiving the correct responses, both successful and failed.

It's important to note that the domain for your integration is your environment domain, e.g. `https://subdomain.uselogwire.com/`

**Headers**

| Name | Value |
| ------------- | ------------------ |
| Content-Type | `application/json` |
| Authorization | `Bearer <token>` |
